Punakha Spring Marathon 2009
After the successful completion of the first ever international marathon held on 7th September 2008 in Thimphu, Bhutan, and on the recommendation of our international participants, Marathon Bhutan is proud to bring you the “Punakha Spring Marathon” to be held on the 10th of May 2009.
Marathon Bhutan will limit the number of International entrants to just 60 runners to ensure international racing standards are met. Please reserve your spot early.
Confirmation: Entries to Marathon Bhutan can be confirmed online. Entries received online will be sent an online confirmation. Check your entry confirmation online or notify us if you are unable to access your confirmation information.
All registration must be completed and transactions carried out one month prior to the race date.
Race Package:
A race package containing your race number, Marathon Bhutan jersey, race information, itinerary & souvenirs will be distributed to our international runners at the opening ceremony dinner. A cultural program and bon fire will be organized and you will also be briefed on the race.

*Entry Fee is Non-Transferable and Non-Refundable. As we are limiting the number of international runners to SIXTY only. It is recommended that you register early.
* Entry Fee includes opening ceremony dinner & cultural program, lunch on race day and your race package. We will also provide energy drinks on course as well as bottled water.
